1. Introduction
Welcome to The Care Collective Australia. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the use of our services, including but not limited to nannying, babysitting, event assistance, catering, home organization, and personal assistance.

2. Service Agreement
2.1 The Care Collective Australia provides professional care, event, and organizational services tailored to the needs of clients.
2.2 All bookings must be made through The Care Collective Australia. Any requests for additional services must also go through our official booking channels.

3. Payments & Fees
3.1 A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made as per the agreed schedule.
3.2 Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period provided.
3.3 Additional charges may apply for last-minute bookings, overtime services, or specialized requirements.

4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Clients must provide a safe and respectful working environment for all Care Collective Australia staff.
4.2 Clients must disclose any relevant information regarding allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements for care.
4.3 Any damages to equipment or property caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the client.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality
5.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal details provided to us will be kept strictly confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
5.2 Clients and staff must not disclose confidential information obtained during the service period.

6. Liability & Insurance
6.1 The Care Collective Australia carries relevant insurance to cover its services. However, we are not liable for any incidents that arise due to circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 While our staff exercise the utmost care and diligence, The Care Collective Australia is not responsible for personal property loss, damage, or injury that occurs during our services.

7. Non-Solicitation Policy
7.1 Once you have engaged the services of The Care Collective Australia, you agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or attempt to employ any of our staff independently, outside of our company.
7.2 If a client wishes to hire a worker on a private or ongoing basis, this must be arranged through The Care Collective Australia. Breaching this policy may result in legal action and a recruitment fee equivalent to the worker’s projected earnings over a six-month period.

8. Cancellations & Refunds
8.1 Cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe to avoid cancellation fees.
8.2 Refunds will be considered at the discretion of The Care Collective Australia based on the circumstances of the cancellation.

9. Amendments to Terms
9.1 The Care Collective Australia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Melbourne, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
